As a general rule, all products manufactured by Svetovit LLC are warranted for 12 months from the date of shipment to the buyer. The warranty does not apply to products with mechanical damage, such as flooding or other external impacts unrelated to the intended use of the product. The warranty does not cover batteries included in the product.
To exercise your warranty obligations, please send the defective product along with its registration certificate to the company address specified in the registration certificate or product form (label). Shipping is at the recipient's expense (Svetovit LLC). In complex cases (non-obvious failures), diagnostics are performed and repair options are agreed upon before replacing the defective product. If a non-warranty defect is detected or the registration certificate (label) is missing, repairs are carried out for a fee. Warranty obligations are generally fulfilled within 7 business days; a longer period can be agreed upon.
